Everyone has their own agenda for coming to work but getting this to dovetail with the companies’ ambitions is the key. Fortunately, in Recruitment this commonly means rewards and fast career progression for the most ambitious. Setting clear goals and a plan of how to get there is essential for everyone from trainees through to senior management. Every employee should know what they need to do to progress at every stage of their career, in my opinion.
